Pavilion Rental and Community Events

 

 

Community Event

All group events are limited to non-profit, non-partisan organizations whose event involves use of park grounds that are open to the public. A Community Event Permit must be submitted for approval 8 weeks in advance.  A fee may be charged for any additional resources determined to be necessary. The organizer requesting the Community Event Permit should attend the Parks & Recreation Board meeting, 3rd Tuesday, 6:00 pm., with all information.  An approved and signed permit must be obtained before the community event.

Pavilions, Gazebo, Grills, and Pool

All groups using an area where pavilions, gazebo or grills are provided must secure an approved Picnic Pavilion, Gazebo and Pool Permit. An approved and signed permit must be obtained before using the park amenities. Fees for additional resources may be applied and will be determined by the Director of Public Services.
