Kayak Raffle

WHAT? 

The Vermilion Port Authority and Vermilion Parks Dept. are partnering to help bring awareness to our departments. Port Authority is raffling off a BRAND-NEW Perception Pescador Pro 10’6 Kayak valued at $900.00 (Donated by West River Kayaking Company). Tickets are being sold for $10 each and are available in 3 ways.

• Purchase at Office at The South Street Launch Ramp (777 W River Rd, Vermilion)
• Purchase over phone at 440-204-2474
• Purchase through QR Code supplied on advertising

Funds raised through this fundraiser will go to the continued maintenance/upgrades of Port Municipal Facilities.

WHERE?

The Vermilion Parks Dept. has been making strides at Showse Park in VOL with their new developments to the area such as newly added workout equipment, playground equipment, and plans for a Veteran’s Memorial which is just the start to a grand revitalization of the area. To promote the new additions the Parks Dept. is planning to have a celebration at Showse Park sometime in September (Date TBD). The Port Authority will be having the drawing for the Kayak Raffle at this celebration to help bring awareness to the new additions.
